Jayden Completes Further Formula 4 Tests

Jayden Ojeda has again tested Formula 4 machinery, recently completing test days with AGI Sport at both Winton Raceway and Wakefield Park.

Jayden, after finishing 3rd in the 2017 Australian Formula Ford Series standings, continued to test the AGI Sport prepared Formula 4 as an opportunity to evaluate his 2018 racing plans.

The exclusive Formula 4 Test Day at Winton Raceway gave Jayden and the team 7 hours of on track running, and valuable testing. Jayden managed to run at the top of the time sheets for a lot of the day, while continuing to learn the techniques required to extract the best from Formula 4 equipment.

Jayden also joined the AGI Sport team who ran four cars in both wet and dry conditions at a Wakefield Park test recently.

“Jayden did a great job. He was only 0.1 seconds off our testing lap record there and considering there was a lot of traffic on the day, it made it all the more impressive” said Adam Gotch, Managing Director of AGI Sport. “Jayden showed us exactly why he has such a bright future. A true professional both in and out of the race car” he added.

“It was fantastic to get to complete further tests in an Australian Formula 4 car for AGI Sport, the 2017 Championship winners” said Jayden. “It was a great opportunity to further understand what a Formula 4 car is like and get lots of laps in various conditions” Ojeda said.
